Quality Technician


The Quality Technician will be responsible for assisting in maximizing the Quality Department effectiveness in supporting all aspects of the company. The position will work cross functionally with Engineering and Manufacturing and will be an active hands on position. The Quality Technician will collect data and assist in implementing sustainable manufacturing systems. The successful candidate will execute the tasks below using sound lean quality manufacturing principles. This list is not meant to be all inclusive.

Job Functions:


• Take an active role in end-of-line inspection and the data collection of inspection findings
• Work with members of the Solaire Medical team to address the timely disposition of rejected parts to help assure inventory accuracy
• Incoming inspection as needed
• Actively participate in permanent corrective counter measures based on data collected from inspections

House Keeping/ Safety
• Maintain the company housekeeping standards
• Maintain a safe work area
• Report safety to the appropriate management team member

• 3-5 years’ experience in a quality manufacturing environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities; work extended hours when required, make sound decisions under pressure and work effectively in a team environment
• Minimum of a High School Diploma
